Spanyolországban januárban látványosan, 51,4 százalékkal, 64 ezer 147-re emelkedtek az autóeladások az előző év azonos időszakához képest, ez azonban még mindig -25,8 százalékkal elmarad a 2020. januári pandémia előtti mennyiségtől (86 ezer 443 autó).
Az egyértelműen pozitív eredményhez hozzájárult, hogy sok decemberben eladott autót ténylegesen januárban regisztráltak. A magáneladások 48,6 százalékkal 32 ezer 40-re és 49,9 százalékos részesedésre emelkedtek az egy évvel ezelőtti 50,9 százalékkal szemben. A céges eladások 45,6 százalékkal 27 ezer 962-re és 43,6 százalékos részesedésre ugrottak a 2022. évi 45,3 százalékkal szemben, a kölcsönző cégeknek történő eladások pedig 157,5 százalékkal 4145-re és 6,5 százalékos részesedésre emelkedtek a tavalyi 3,8 százalékkal szemben. Régiók tekintetében a Baleárok (+96,7 százalék), Aragónia (+70,4 százalék), a Kanári-szigetek (+64,1 százalék) és Madrid (+62,8 százalék) a legdinamikusabbak.
A Toyota eladásai 23,3 százalékkal előzték meg a tavalyi eredményt, így miután 2022-ben először szerezte meg a vezető szerepet a spanyol autópiacon, továbbra is uralja a spanyol márkák rangsorát, 10,3 százalékos részesedéssel. A Kia (+31 százalék) ugyan lemaradt a japán márkától, de visszatért a 2022-es évben elfoglalt második helyére. A Seat (+107,4 százalék) decemberhez képest hét helyet javítva a harmadik helyen áll, ami a legmagasabb helyezése hazai pályán 2022 májusa óta. A Dacia (+156,4 százalék) sikere még látványosabban, 6,6 százalék-os részesedéssel a negyedik helyen áll, ami két százalékponttal meghaladja a 2022-es 4,6 százalékos arányát. Mögötte a Volkswagen (+38 százalék), a Peugeot (+8,5 százalék) és a Hyundai (+26,3 százalék) viszonylag fékezett lángon, de még mindig pozitívan szerepel. A Renault (+88,6 százalék) és a Mercedes-Benz (+83,2 százalék) belehúzott, míg a Citroen (+50,6 százalék) teljesíti a piaci átlagot és bekerült a top 10-be.

A modellek rangsorában vezet a Dacia Sandero (+80,4 százalék), a modell tavaly éves szinten a második lett. Az elmúlt hét hónapban ez a negyedik alkalom, hogy a Sandero vezeti a listát. A Toyota C-HR (+27 százalék) a második helyre ugrott, 28 helyet javítva decemberhez képest, míg a Seat Arona (+477,2 százalék) négy helyet javítva a harmadik helyre került, ami a legmagasabb helyezés tavaly május óta. A Peugeot 2008 (+37,3 százalék) a múlt hónaphoz képest két helyet rontva a negyedik helyen áll, 2,6 százalékos részesedéssel, a Toyota Corolla (-3,4 százalék) 12 helyet javítva az ötödik, a Fiat 500 (+230,4 százalék) pedig négy helyet javítva a hatodik.
